This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, parking, and a lovely bar area make my stays enjoyable. Staff once helped me find a good exchange rate, which I still remember fondly. I'm coming back for Xmas!

Efficient and caring staff made my stay a lovely experience. There were central heating, coffee/tea making equipment and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room, loved that.

We had a good cooked breakfast even for a vegetarian, for all tastes.

The shower door was slippery, but the food was delicious.

The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, with a lovely makeup mirror that was perfect for preparing before events. The staff provided really good service. Their friendliness and assistance enhanced the experience. The dining experience stood out, with a fantastic menu that didn't disappoint. The location had its drawbacks was nice, and the check-in process could use improvement.

Noise disruptions from the vibrant pub below can be quite bothersome at night!!! The room could benefit from a bit of TLC in terms of maintenance to avoid that slight dated feel.

The attached restaurant was a pleasant surprise with lovely, reasonably priced food and drink, including good fried fish. Check-in was chaotic, occurring over a busy bar was great. While the room was clean and fairly comfortable, noise levels were high due to the close proximity of rooms, a bit disruptive during the night.

I thoroughly enjoyed the clean and updated room at Casuarina Tree with a cozy atmosphere. The friendly staff were especially attentive.

More accessibility options for seniors would be appreciated.

I enjoyed a comfortable night in the double room, highlighted by the lovely chats with the staff. The Indian food served downstairs was a good surprise, perfect for late-night cravings. Pro tip, request room 13 for a quieter experience.

Our needs were met throughout our stay. The convenient access to public transport made exploring the area easy and stress-free while still enjoying the comforts of home.

The room was clean and had a comfy bed, but the decor felt a bit dated. Nice bathroom with hot water, although it was a bit tricky to control. It was quiet enough upstairs, a plus. Just didn't feel super cozy overall, but it did the job for one night.

Absolutely loved the light salads from the restaurant, true culinary finds that could make any foodie swoon! Plus, being right by the tram station.
